“Mindful Finance”
Sol is the original pioneer of Mindful Finance. Through his work as an investment advisor, writer, lecturer, and consultant, he articulates all the ways that mindfulness practices can help individuals and organizations harness finance as a transformative force for personal and societal well-being.
After years of practicing and contemplating Mindful Finance without talking about it, Sol began blogging about Mindful Finance in 2013, later launching the Mindful Finance Podcast with his business partner Jesse Grimes. Sol regularly writes on the subject and speaks about the intersection of mindfulness and finance in diverse settings, from global banks to university classrooms and yoga festivals.
